In February 2019 Mondovolo incorporated 19-01 Holdings in Italy as the next step in creating the necessary organization to manage the different projects underway. 19-01 will act as the full operational organization for all the upcoming activities that will be required to create a full value chain for the aerial firefighting and rescue activities. This comfortably put the projects within the domain of the EU where the issue of wildfires and training are at the top of most of the government’s agendas.

There is often a lot of confusion in identifying exactly what we do. It is not uncommon to be considered by potential customers, institutions and industry as a potential “replacement” of the current Canadair CL415 amphibious firefighting aircraft.
